Aryans workouts are excellent and highly enjoyable. I started my training during a period where I had a broken finger and torn hamstring and he was always able to adapt my training schedule to make sure I was able to get a structured workout plan every week. Aryan was highly adaptable to each injury and was able to restructure a training session with ease. I have seen significant improvement in my body shape. Through injury I had lost a lot of weight over the winter period. I started training with Aryan in January and was 176 pounds. Over the course of the next six months (including a month off while I travelled Australia) I was able to bulk up to 190 pounds without drastically increasing my body fat percentage. I have also improved my range of movement through a number of exercises Aryan showed me. I feel far more confident with compound movements in the gym as well as tackling areas of injury which I was not doing enough rehabilitation with.
